About Jill Murphy Mediation
Jill Murphy, Director
I am a nationally accredited (‘advanced’ level) family, workplace and elder mediator. I work with clients in resolving disputes through mediation, restorative practices and coaching services. I am also a Director of Open Road Consulting which provides leadership and team development services to build trust in the workplace.
Prior to working as a mediator, I worked extensively in the government and community sectors for over 20 years and hold a Bachelor of Economics, Masters of Industrial Relations, and Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
My interests include supporting newly arrived refugee families through the CRISP program (https://refugeesponsorship.org.au) and coaching soccer teams of all ages and abilities. I live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with my partner, three young adult children and dog Pepe.
