Our Services

Elder Mediation

Supporting families and aged care providers with sensitive conversations about care, housing, and finances. Elder mediation is a recognised and accredited process that helps families and older people navigate stress, conflict, and uncertainty. It provides a safe and respectful way to resolve disputes, maintain relationships, and ensure the voice and wishes of the older person are central to decision-making.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace Mediation aims to resolve conflicts, build stronger relationships, and enhance team dynamics. It helps organisations foster a healthier and more collaborative work environment through a variety of tailored solutions. Other services include Facilitated Conversations, Leadership Coaching, Restorative Group Practices, Team Culture Reviews, and Workplace Investigations.

Family Mediation

Separation and family conflict can be overwhelming, especially when children are involved. Family Mediation provides a safe, respectful space to work out parenting arrangements that are practical, fair, and most importantly, in the best interests of your children.
